To Whom It May Concern:

It is with deep contemplation that I urge you to immediately suspend Michael O’Leary’s law license in the State of New York and it is without hesitation that I urge you to eventually disbar him from ever practicing law in the State of New York again. The below details instances within the past 12 months alone that can be used as evidence for the disbarment process to move forward. 

Mr. O’Leary has been the source of several mishandled cases of recent, most egregious when I asked him to file a complaint against a psychiatrist in New York City, Dr. Alla Iospa. I was a patient of Dr. Iospa for many years and began to ask her more questions at each visit about how she prescribed medication - which she insisted on.

This eventually came to a head when she heavily encouraged me to take a drug called Trintillex, a drug I not only did not want to take, but which made me suicidal for three days. I asked Dr. Iospa in the summer of 2025 (and fired her August 12, 2025, of which Mr. O’Leary is aware, but chooses to ignore) if she gets paid to write prescriptions. 

Given Dr. Iospa’s response, and based on my profession (crisis management) I became very concerned that Dr. Iospa would look to declare me mentally incompetent in some way. And I was correct; it is one of the only ways in which a psychiatrist can overcome such a charge from a patient. I have represented clients such as the Greater New York Hospital Association, Yale Medical Center, the Hospital for Special Surgery, and more. I represented four hospitals through COVID, including Maimonides Medical Center. I understand healthcare and my rights given 

my foundational professional experience as Director of Public Affairs and Communications for the former Chair of the New York State Senate Health Committee.

 

I asked Mr. O’Leary to file a State Supreme Court complaint against Dr. Iospa for $17 million in an effort to protect my liberty and freedom. Mr. O’Leary said “he did not know how to do that” - a lie. The truth is that Mr. O’Leary was in cahoots with my sister, Lauren Bannon (who is a beneficiary of an estate that I am executor of, the Frances Lazzara Estate and which Mr. O’Leary has so mishandled that my personal safety has been at risk (see attached resignations from other estates of which Mrs. Bannon is a beneficiary).

I can only conclude this, especially given the fact that even I know how to write a State Supreme Court complaint. It should be noted that, while it sounds petty, I have no children and my sister does, making my sister a “favored relative” of sorts - especially as it pertains to influence upon Mr. O’Leary by my father and Mrs. Bannon.

The failure to execute that complaint against Dr. Iospa (which I subsequently filed pro-se for $25 million and have yet to receive a motion to dismiss about), remains beyond comprehension in itself as so many other unfortunate instances have befallen me since last summer. 

 

Mr. O’Leary gave my sister half of my executor’s fee event though she is not entitled to it. He has yet to obtain reimbursement for me for these funds as my finances decline, I am relying on my retirement and am now a Medicaid beneficiary. Mr. O’Leary declined a request to carry my insurance for a few months as I try to regain my economic footing. Said footing was lost when Mrs. Bannon filed a perjurious Nassau County Family Court complaint against me and obtained an order of protection which paints me in a terrible and untrue light. I love my nephew, and Mrs. Bannon stated in open court when discussing a firearm (unprompted) that I was a threat to my nephew. It drove me into the deepest depression of my life, rendering me unable to work.

While he was doing this, Mr. O’Leary intentionally misled me as executor of my aunt’s estate (Louise Martini), acting as if he would be the estate’s attorney by running a title search (which I personally paid for) for property of my aunt I was to buy (attached). He then turned around, and in a most unethical fashion, did not continue his representation, stating it would not be appropriate given disputes on the Lazzara Estate between me and my sister. Around that time, Mr. O’Leary, despite purporting to being an “unbiased attorney” decided to proactively and, in a surprise move on behalf of Lauren Bannon, send me a complaint that Mrs. Bannon field against me (“as a favor”). 

 

Mr. O’Leary participated in an intentional blitzkrieg on my mental health that ruined my life as I knew it. I allege that the two of them knowingly violated a permanent order of protection I have against my ex-husband (attached), enabling my ex to upend my life and relationships.

 

On the Lazzara Estate, Mr. O’Leary never reimbursed me at the estate’s closing for monies I laid out to maintain its Flushing apartment (despite months passing and my filing complaints, I still have not been reimbursed properly). He also never reimbursed me for costs of appraisals, nor did he conduct a will reading, despite Frances Lazzara having redone her will several times. 

 

My father loaned the estate $4,000 to pay Mr. O’Leary’s fee. However, I signed the contract with Mr. O’Leary as executor. Mr. O’Leary leveraged this loan - which was always to be paid back to my father at closing, to curry favor with my sister. Making matters worse, when I went to find the contract to send to this Committee, it had been deleted from my Google Drive and from my email.

On multiple occasions Mrs. Bannon, I believe, drugged me. She harassed me. And she placed such onerous demands on me as executor, that I considered it aggravated harassment. I felt unsafe and would, at times, inform Michael of when I was leaving my home and returning so that he could contact law enforcement if needed. This included when I sent a long correspondence to the Nassau County District Attorney.

Lauren Bannon’s behavior became worse. Mr. O’Leary continued his position of doing nothing. Now, months later, Mrs. Bannon’s acts have been reported to: The Securities and Exchange Commission, the Queens County District Attorney, the Nassau County District Attorney, and the Kings County District Attorney. In fact, I am currently awaiting word from Chase Bank on the origins of a check for $20,000 to Louise Martini, of which a stopped payment was issued due to my aunt’s scamming. Chase contacted me in December regarding an attempted deposit using that check, which is currently awaiting document review.

 

My life would be much better had Michael O’Leary never represented me. I was dragged out of my home on September 12, 2025 while filing a pro-se complaint under the guise of "suicidal ideation.” I informed Mr. O’Leary  that I believed my sister to be behind this and behind harassment calls from the Glen Cove Police Department on September 11, 2025 (she lives in Glen Cove and is very active in the community there, amongst other circumstantial evidence I have).

He did nothing. To this day, I have no reimbursement of the executor’s fee of which I was coerced into splitting, I have no reimbursement of appraisal costs, I have no reimbursement of 

 

fees that were given to my father instead of to me and I have no reimbursement of jewelry that Mrs. Bannon holds possession of that belonged to my grandmother of which Mrs. Bannon has no legal claim per the Last Will and Testament of Frances Lazzara.

 

Mrs. Bannon also lied to Mr. O’Leary (which Mr. O’Leary intentionally permitted her to do) in emails which will demonstrate that she stated that the remains of my grandparents that she stole while I was on vacation were spread. They were never spread and Mr. O’Leary has no issue supporting this felonious and immoral action. I am confident that a forensic analysis of Mr. O’Leary’s and my emails by the Queens County District Attorney’s Office will prove me correct.

On July 28th, Mrs. Bannon tried to get my father to “take me someplace” under the guise of suicidal ideation - even though I was not suicidal at the time of this incident. I asked Mr. O’Leary to help me and he opted to act unethically, leveraging a fear of mental institutions I have after my cousin was placed in two against his will.

 

I urge this Committee to subpoena any and all communication between Mrs. Bannon, Mr. O’Leary, and Mr. Sal Bastardi (details below) between June 1, 2025 and July 31, 2025 as they may prove important in establishing that Mr. O’Leary should be disbarred. I fear that a conspiracy existed to intentionally undermine my mental health and cognitive abilities in an effort to enrich Mrs. Bannon and cover up illegal activity. 

 

Medical records from August indicate that while at the hospital after a drugging by, I believe, Mrs. Bannon, seminal fluid was removed from me for a “genetic test.” I did not consent to such a test. I was misled into both being drugged and going to the hospital (which I requested the Department of Health investigate, especially as it relates to what occurred with Dr. Iospa). 

 

This is of deep concern to me. While I inquired at the Guardianship Court in Kings County that I was not in any sort of guardianship or conservatorship, I fear this time hospitalized may have been used to take advantage of my finances and other rights I hold.

 

Moreover, I was intentionally separated from Mr. Eric Peterson and he was removed as my health care proxy at Mount Sinai Medical Center as a part of this conspiracy by Mr. Javier Zatocki prior to July 28, 2025, giving my father control over my healthcare against my wishes, as I told Mr. Zatocki and my primary care physician.

 

I am without answers and Mr. O’Leary does not have my best wishes at heart. I am very concerned about why I was separated from Mr. Peterson, my emergency contact and someone who I saw nearly every day.
